Converse

Hello!
I know it has be sooooo long since my last post but I was just stuck for ideas of designs to do, but now I have quite a few that I will be posting soon :)
This design is super cute and I really hope you like it as much as I do :)
(and sorry for the wonky laces :/ )

Items I used:
Bright red polish
White polish - Barry M matte white
Thin nail art brush
Sellotape (optional)
Dotter

Method:
1. Paint your nails with the Bright red polish
2. (optional part)When that is really dry stick some tape over the nail, leaving the bit you will paint white free
3. Paint the 'toe' of the shoe white and small white lines up the side
4. When that is completely dry paint a very thin black line all around the edge
5. Just add some black dots for the lace holes and join up with white lines as the laces
6. Add a topcoat and you are DONE :)

TIP: Change the shoe colour or lace colour for a personal touch, or if you wanted to be really adventurous instead of a plain coloured shoe try different patterns like pink camouflage :)

Really hope you like this, let me know what you think

Bubbles

Hello, sorry I haven't posted yet this week :/ But here is a really fun design to try :)
It is similar to one of my first designs but a jazzed up version with glitter and more dots :)

Items I used:
Black polish
White polish (Barry M  - matte white)
Fine Glitter polish
Silver glitter polish
Medium blue polish
Light blue polish (collection 2000 - Button moon)
Dotting tool

Although it takes up a lot of tools and polishes it is really simple, and easy to do, the hardest part is making sure that the dots all get smaller than the one before.

Method:
1. Paint all of your nails black and when that is dry cover them in the fine glitter polish.
2. Put some of the blue polish on some paper, or something you can use to put he polish for the dotter on, then get a good amount of polish on the dotter and make a large dot at the bottom of the nail and then make more dots that get smaller and curve around the side of the nail.
3. Do the same with the white polish, but at the top of the nail.
4. When the blue is dry, make smaller, light blue dots inside the darker blue dots.
5. It is optional to add silver glitter inside the white dots
6. Add a top coat and you are done.  :)

New Barry M polishes!

So today I bought 2 new nail polishes by Barry M and they were so pretty I couldn't resist posting about them. I got them from Boots as they are doing 'Buy any 2 Barry M polishes and get £1 off' offer and the temptation was too much :O
The ones I bought are really pretty and I just hope the pictures do them justice :)
(please excuse the shape of my nails atm)

The reddy/pink one is called Raspberry and the browny one is Dusky Mauve. It dose actually have a purple shine to it but you cant see in this picture but you can in ones later on.

Here is Raspberry.

This is two coats without a top coat
It is really pretty and looks very nice on your nails :)

 This one is Dusky Mauve
Its is super nice and I don't have another one like this in my collection. It is kind of brown but in the light it has a lovely purple shine to it

This is two coats on my nail with no top coat

Hope you like this post, I think that these polishes are just lovely, I just love Barry M polishes :)

Animal print: Zebra

Hello, so I am really in an animal print mood since my last post, so I thought I would do another one. This is really surprisingly easy but looks GREAT I think. Enjoy :)
Items I used:
White polish (Barry M in Matte white)
Black polish
Thin nails brush

Method:
1. Paint all your nails white until opaque
2. When that is dry, just take your black polish on your nail brush and draw some wiggley lines
3. Add a top coat and your done, Easy as that :)
TIP: Join a few of the black lines up so that it doesn't turn out looking like a black and white tiger :P

Leave me a comment and tell me what you think
